So here we are again – COVID 19 creating a small hiccup in our working routine here in Western Australia (WA) but this time we are prepared!!!  2020 saw me spend the last six months on many different sites in many different areas of resources in WA.  2021 sees the same, being in the dugout with the girls and guys - creating growth mindsets, building of self-esteem, digging deep to identify career/personal goals and providing overall skills enhancement of others - from the very top to those managing the crew on a day-to-day basis. Working on attitude adjustment for some (favourite area!!), facilitating communication/leadership workshops and coaching of teams – sometimes you get your best lightbulb moment when the entire group is in front of you!  Having spent time working in resources and having done fly in/fly out – I get the complexities, which is why I enjoy this space.  Nearly eight years now…….and I still get a kick out of it!!!  Perfect job = ultimate satisfaction!
